1st ENDURANCE ELECTROLYTE FUEL SYSTEM
EFS combines three different carbohydrates with a complete electrolyte profile, which means you won't have to chug a sports drink and pop pills. The high-glycemic drink yields a 7% carbohydrate solution, which is ideal for absorption during hard efforts.

First Endurance EFS Sports Drink
With such notables as Levi Leipheimer on their roster it's clear that
1st Endurance makes solid "fuel system" product. The EFS tastes good
and the gang at 1st Endurance claim it improves energy and endurance
and prevents cramping. Scoop it up, drop it in, add some water and
your off. Some serving details: 24g of carbs, 270mg of Sodium, 160mg
of Potassium and 120mg of Vitamin C. You won't ride like Levi or, for
that matter, ride along side him but you'll certainly be using the
product he consumes and maybe, just maybe, you'll be able to power up
the local ramp much easier.

Tasty and effective. The most effective sports drink is the one you'll actually use, says Mark Zalewski, who's found this new power potion to be pleasantly palatable and potent.

Endurance. Energy. Electrolytes. The three E's of First Endurance's new EFS Sports Drink are what you need to keep you properly fuelled when training or racing. The addition of amino acids to EFS delay mental fatigue, and so increase endurance, complex carbohydrates deliver energy to the muscles, while the electrolytes help the body to absorb water. And lemon-lime and tangerine flavours ensure that this effective energy drink also taste good.
