Salt Lake City, UT- January 7, 2004 First Endurance™ is proud to announce they will be the official supplement suppliers for the Navigators Professional Cycling Team again for 2004. This year the team will receive Optygen™ and the new recovery product Ultragen™.
Robert Kunz, Sr. VP of Research & Development at First Endurance, says: "The dynamic alliance with the Navigators is one of the ways First Endurance stays at the forefront of endurance performance. The Navigators Professional Cycling Team will be racing in its 11th season as a UCI TT2 in 2003. The team won the New York Cycling Championship, was second at Gent Wevelgem, won the national Time Trial Championships and racked up over fifty-five other first place wins in 2003. Team goals for 2004 include all of the major North American events and the Pro Cycling Tour (US), as well as an increased presence in the European peloton. The team's first major race is the prestigious Tour Down Under in January.
Olympic Champion Marty Nothstein comments on how Optygen has improved his endurance: " Since using Optygen I have gained a level of endurance that I never knew existed."
Henk Vogels, who's taken victories in the most demanding one-day events as well as in many of the toughest stage races notes: "Optygen was a big part of my success in 2003."
