Salt Lake City, UT – February 10, 2003—First Endurance continues breaking new ground by assembling the Endurance Research Board, a unique team of scientists who are also passionate cyclists, triathletes and Nordic skiers. The Endurance Research Board (ERB) will collaborate with First Endurance to continue developing them most advanced endurance supplements available. This dynamic alliance will allow First Endurance to continue pushing the limits of endurance.

Dr. Sally Warner brings a wealth of experience to the Endurance Research Board. Dr. Warner earned an MA in Biophysical Science of Sport from the University of Connecticut and a Ph.D. in Exercise Physiology from University of Utah. In addition, Dr. Warner is a pro mountain biker, cat II cyclist and expert level USA Cycling Coach. “As an exercise physiologist, athlete, and coach, I have encountered numerous so-called "performance enhancing" supplements that have no evidence to support their claims. Since I started taking Optygen, I have noticed several performance benefits.” Dr. Warner goes on to say: “I am producing more power at a lower heart rate at all levels of intensity. During high intensity efforts, I experience less pain, breathing stress, and fatigue (both mental & physical). My HR recovers between efforts much faster than ever. Prior to taking Optygen, I would require at least 2 minutes to get my HR from 170bpm to below 120bpm. My heart rate now drops from 170bpm to below 80bpm within 1 minute of recovery! As you know, the rider that can generate, sustain, and repeat the highest power output with the least physical stress is the most likely one to win a race. Once someone tries Optygen for 10 days, they will understand why my opinion changed from skeptic to advocate!”
