    These bars work and taste great. I can actually down one over 15 minutes while training at high intensity during longer training runs (15-30 mile runs). I can't do this with most other energy bars. The real chocolate chips taste great. (Posted on 5/31/11)

    this energy bar excelled in both of my requirements for training food.

    1 - it tastes pretty good, i can eat it consistently

    2 - it is well engineered; meaning you can actually eat the thing and swallow it when your in the pain cave.

    I train very hard and at a high level... i am consistently amazed at how many calories i actually get from training food. At least i know i will never get a false positive drug test using EFS, and i am not polluting my body with low quality lab refuse. (Posted on 12/29/10)
