Dear Valued Customer,
First Endurance would like to thank everyone who took the time to fill out our January
questionnaire. The information we gathered is extremely valuable and will help shape
the future of First Endurance. Through the feedback we received from you, we plan on
taking the following action items:
- Due to an overwhelming response, our number one priority is to introduce two
new flavors of the EFS drink mix. We began prototyping new flavors with our
professional athletes in February and hope to make these new flavors available
this April.
- We are making some small modifications to our Monthly Newsletter which you
will see in this issue. Primarily, you will see more exclusive information and
interviews from our pro athletes. Our goal is to bring information to you that is
useful and insightful from these great athletes.
- We will continue to remain at the forefront of endurance research and will pass
this information on to you via our monthly newsletter.
- Team First Endurance members will continue to receive exclusive special offers
and be ability to get First Endurance products before anyone else. As Team
members you also have a large voice in the direction of our business.
- We will continue to answer customer questions and concerns in a timely manner
as you have told us this is very valuable to you.
- We are still diligently working on an EFS liquid shot product (our version of a
gel). The liquid shot will not include any “gelling” agents since research shows
that gels and gums slow down absorption and digestion. This project has been in
the works for nearly two years and still has some hurtles to overcome. While it is
not currently possible to determine an exact timeline for this product launch, we
hope to introduce it this year.
